Culver City's retail scene is on the rise. In addition to landing luxury-filled lifestyle hub Platform (arriving next spring!), the Westside nabe's Downtown district has scored Florida-founded, Cali-inspired boutique LulaMae. (Not to be confused with the Pasadena's charming giftables shop of the same name.)

The designer-filled shop opened on Abbot Kinney earlier this year and relocated last month; it brings the same mix of cult-fave luxury labels (Elizabeth & James, Pam & Gela, more) and Cali-cool brands (Bella Luxx, LNA, Monrow, and others) to Downtown Culver's food- and entertainment-filled haven. It's located behind the historic Culver Hotel and next to Arclight Cinemas.

Update 12/11: This article was updated to include clarification on the Pasadena boutique.
