Just in time for the launch of its LACMA collab, e-retailer Farfetch is eliminating the waiting game for LA shoppers with its new same-day delivery. Launched as of yesterday, the online marketplace—which doesn't stock inventory and instead partners with luxury brick-and-mortar shops—is offering the service for over 50 boutiques in nine cities, reports WWD.
Participating LA stores are American Rag, Just One Eye, and Switch; the Postmates-style service will cost you $25, provided that your order is placed Monday through Friday by 10am. About that 50th anniversary collection with LACMA: it features hats by local millinery star Nick Fouquet ($750 to $1,975), tees by Clare Vivier and Rodarte ($99 to $125), and more; select pieces are available at Farfetch, but you can shop the entire range over at the museum's website here.
