Sleek Swedish-bred label Cos certainly knows how to keep busy these days. Following its DTLA pop-up and that dreamy Costa Mesa shop, the H&M-owned brand's Beverly Center boutique is expected to arrive before Black Friday.

Staff at the Beverly Drive store reveal that the minimalist-cool brand's third SoCal outpost—which is taking over Kitson's old space on the 6th floor—may open this week. No word yet on the official opening date; stay tuned for more.
