BEVERLY GROVE—By now, denim is as ubiquitous as sunshine here in LA (not that we're complaining about either), so how do you make your pair stand apart from the pack? Always edgy brand Diesel has a solution. Their Denim Master Studio allows you to customize your jeans by way of patches, studs, and embroidery, and this Saturday when the Beverly Center location (8500 Beverly Boulevard) hosts an activation for this special service, you can score a signature design from acclaimed tattoo artist Chris Garver (of Miami Ink) when you purchase a brand new pair. The store also turns this shopping event into a full-on party with the addition of a live DJ.

VENICE—Since the success of cool men's basics brand Buck Mason (1638 Abbot Kinney Boulevard) started out with a simple—albeit made-in-LA, super soft, and perfectly washed—t-shirt, it seems fitting that as it celebrates its 2nd birthday this Saturday, they're offering shoppers one of those signature garments for free. The Venice storefront will host a bash boasting complimentary drinks from 4-8pm, and the first 100 guests to pop-in will score the gratis tee. Planning on stopping by? Shoot an email over to RSVP@buckmason.com and give 'em a heads up.

VENICE—Weekly outdoor shopping market Abbot Kinney Marketplace (1010 Abbot Kinney Boulevard) gears up for the holidays this Saturday, as makers including contemporary kids line From Pepper, Venice-based jewelry brand Freedumb Founded, and cute card company Julia Elle Designs will be featuring their goods to help you get that gift shopping started! The free fair lasts from 11am to 5pm.
