It's been nearly a year since Downtown's very buzzing Broadway last saw some retal action. Per DTLA Rising, Apple is rumored to be eyeing the historic Tower Theater for its new LA flagship.

Locates at 8th and Broadway--just a few doors from Urban Outfitters and a block away from Ace Hotel, Acne Studios, and BNKR's future LA home, among other cool shops--the 1927-built building boasts 7,429 square feet of retail space and a basement spanning the same size, reports blogger Brigham Yen. As the DTLA insider notes, the tech giant "is no stranger when it comes to incorporating its store designs into historic structures," pointing out its London outpost in a historic Regent Street space and its Grand Central Terminal flagship in NYC. Stay tuned for more!
