Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Now that we're finally experiencing fall(ish) weather, it's a good time to refill your closet with a trio of cult-cool labels. This week, Joie, Equipment, and Current/Elliott are once again invading Hollywood's Siren Studios with a three-day sample sale.
Happening this Thursday (3 to 7pm), Friday (9am to 8pm), and Saturday (8:30am to 3pm), the epic event promises up to 70% off denim, luxe silk shirting, and Cali-cool wardrobe staples from all three brands's past seasons, including spring and fall 2015 collections. Just like previous blowouts, there are rules: no food/drinks, large handbags (bring a small wallet or wristlet), or strollers are allowed inside.
Another pro tip: expect communal fitting rooms (wear a cami and leggings if you're shy) and a 10-item try-on max. No confirmation (yet) on whether inventory will be restocked or if there'll be additional markdowns on sale's final day; we'll share any additional deets as we get 'em.
