Three years ago, Venice Beach talent Matthew Schildkret began making scarves for himself and the homeless during Occupy Venice. What began as a passion project quickly turned into a full-fledged business, allowing Late Sunday Afternoon to be available in more than 68 US boutiques.

After spreading the love across the country, Schildkret is ready to return to his westside roots by opening his company's first standalone store.

Swing by Late Sunday Afternoon Venice soon to shop its unique, one-of-a-kind garments while enjoying a little digital detox, as no computers are allowed.

Late Sunday Afternoon is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
