If you're looking to switch up your fitness routine this fall, hit up Basecamp Fitness—a San Francisco favorite launched by Dethrone Royalty owner and Zappos.com founder Nick Swinmurn. Following the opening of its first studio in Santa Monica, Basecamp has selected West Hollywood for its new flagship, and the 4,668-square-foot space is set to be unveiled to the public this Saturday, October 10th.
Those who didn't have a chance to enjoy Basecamp's free workout tease this past summer should know that its a "muscle-building workout that consists of interval training in multiple formats" and includes "cardio mixed with circuit training, suspension training, boxing, weight training, boot camps, yoga and pilates." Each 35-minute class is a major calorie-burner, and ideal after indulging in all those upcoming holiday treats. (Pricing ranges from $29.99 for one class to $279 for 10 classes.)
