WEST HOLLYWOOD—In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, luxury lingerie brand Naked Princess is pairing up with early detection-focused non-profit organization Bright Pink for a beneficial beauty event. This Tuesday evening from 6:30-8:30pm the intimates boutique will be treating guests to bubbles by Diama (or Health-Ade Kombucha for those who opt for a probiotic, non-alcoholic option) light bites, and organic pink mini-manis courtesy of Can Can Parleur. In addition, 20% of sales from the shop's Boudoir Blush beauty products will be donated to the super significant cause. One more princess perk: complimentary valet parking.
BRENTWOOD—Popular High Intensity Interval Training workout Burn60 will also be doing their part in aiding breast cancer prevention this week. On Wednesday, 10% of all class purchases at both the Brentwood (159 S Barrington Place) and Thousand Oaks (2200 E Thousand Oaks Boulevard) locations will be donated to the Keep A Breast Foundation, an organization committed to educating women—particularly younger women—about the disease. The studios will also be offering refreshments and giveaways to students all day. Visit the online schedule here for class info and times.
