Following last month's dreamy A Current Affair market, throwback fashion aficionados were in for another round of retro style inspo at the Vintage Fashion Expo in DTLA. This past weekend, over 40 vendors (including burlesque star Dita Von Teese!) transformed the New Mart's basement into a bazaar filled with an eternity of finds suitable for our next stylish time-traveling dressing sesh. (Hello, Dapper Day?)
From pristine Pucci masterpieces and a rainbow of wiggle dresses to out-of-this-world outerwear and gorgeous Chanel gems, the two-day event offered a mix of booths stocked with pieces spanning from the Victorian era to the disco days to the '90s. As if the retail therapy wasn't enough, the marketplace's dressed-to-the-nine shoppers and shopkeeps modeled plenty of looks (and top-notch makeup games) to inspire our modern closets—see just a few of them in the gallery above.
