Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

HOLLYWOOD—Gather your #GirlSquad and head to Space 15 Twenty this Sunday when LA-based label Lykke Wullf holds a special shopping event. Designer Jemma Swatek will be on hand for the 11am-4pm festivities that include access to new collections, discounted samples and limited edition pieces, a cool "No Basic Bitch" patch giveaway to shoppers who spend at least $50, photobooth fun, and music from cool lady DJ collective Honey Power.

GLENDALE—Saturday will still be in mid 80's temps but that's not stopping Bloomingdale's at Glendale Galleria (103 S Brand Boulevard) from hosting their Fall Festival. The 5-8pm event boasts fashion modeling featuring the season's best pieces, entertainment, giveaways, and pumpkin carving—a little something for the entire family!

SANTA MONICA—DIY with Diesel this Saturday at the brand's Third Street Promenade location (1340 Third Street) when the store offers a creative event where you can customize a complimentary tee with a purchase of $98 or more. If you'd rather only snag the shirt, you can buy a blank for $49 and then go to town making it your own. The customization station happens from 1-7pm and you can also expect drinks and tunes while you're there.

DOWNTOWN—Last month we gave you the heads-up on The Reef's (1933 S Broadway) Vintage Fashion Expo. Wait no more, retro-loving ladies, as the anticipated event arrives this weekend. The stellar list of sellers for the event includes Little Treasures, Regeneration, and oh yeah—goddess of all things vintage, Dita Von Teese, who will be making an appearance with a curated selection of her personal collection plus pieces from her lingerie line. Buy your tickets ($13.65/day for general admission and early-buy options are available for an additional cost) here for the showcase which takes place 10:30am-6pm on Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sunday.
