After opening (then shuttering) shops at Westfield Century City and the Beverly Center, London-bred designer Karen Millen is giving LA's shopping scene another go. The Bloomingdale's-stocked British brand recently opened a boutique at Santa Monica Place.
The luxury label's sleek and refined womenswear has settled into level 1, just a few steps away from fellow Brit Ted Baker. The shop stocks "perfectly cut trend-led and investment pieces" that range from about $200 to $900, like dreamy ruffled lace dresses, tweed culottes, sleek wool trenchcoats, and more.
Karen Millen is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 9pm and Sunday from 11am to 8pm.
