VERNON—Australian street art duo DABSMYLA has already shared their whimsical work in massive, public formats like exterior walls of buildings in Tahiti and Berlin or more recently on the set for the 2015 MTV Movie Awards. Now the pair unveils their most elaborate and ambitious project, an inside-and-out transformation of a building on the Modernica Factory property (2901 Saco Street) . "Before and Further" consists not only of their signature murals, but custom-designed fixtures, ceramic pieces, and fiberglass chairs—all of which were created by the factory's facilities as a part of their collaboration with the furniture brand. The vibrant, tremendous space demands to be explored (dare we say, Instagrammed?) which is exactly what the general public will be able to do beginning this Saturday between 10-7pm, when guests are invited to view—and yes, potentially take epic selfies in—the totally unique, expansive artwork.

BEVERLY GROVE—Chic hair salon Harper (8259 Melrose Avenue) is celebrating LA Fashion Week by hosting a pop-up party with a few of our city's most promising up-and-coming designers. This Friday from 7-9pm, peep locally-made pieces by LZZR Jewelry and Echo +Air, shop, and grab a drink during the stylish soiree.

COSTA MESA—Fans of American Girl will be flocking to the Williams-Sonoma store at South Coast Plaza (3333 Bear Street, #155) this Saturday when Olivia Rodrigo, star of the star of the brand's new movie, Grace Stirs Up Success, stops by for a baking tutorial and book-signing for the recently released cookbook, American Girl Baking: Recipes for Cookies, Cupcakes, and More. Rodrigo, as assisted by Williams-Sonoma's Director of Culinary Amanda Haas, will show guests how to whip up a batch of madeleines and take a few questions after. Tickets for the 10am-2pm event cost $21.55 (purchase here) and all attendees will leave with a complimentary DVD of the movie.
