VERNON—Australian street art duo DABSMYLA has already shared their whimsical work in massive, public formats like exterior walls of buildings in Tahiti and Berlin or more recently on the set for the 2015 MTV Movie Awards. Now the pair unveils their most elaborate and ambitious project, an inside-and-out transformation of a building on the Modernica Factory property (2901 Saco Street) . "Before and Further" consists not only of their signature murals, but custom-designed fixtures, ceramic pieces, and fiberglass chairs—all of which were created by the factory's facilities as a part of their collaboration with the furniture brand. The vibrant, tremendous space demands to be explored (dare we say, Instagrammed?) which is exactly what the general public will be able to do beginning this Saturday between 10-7pm, when guests are invited to view—and yes, potentially take epic selfies in—the totally unique, expansive artwork.
