Home Goods E-Shop Serena and Lily Is Opening in West Hollywood This Fall

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Serena and Lily, the home furnishings e-tailer inspired by Cali's breezy lifestyle (not Gossip Girl's mom-and-daughter duo as assumed by TV junkies) is opening its first brick-and-mortar showroom in LA. The Sausalito-based company is moving into Kanye's former pop-up space on Melrose Avenue between Dash and Theory, as the above window teaser reveals.

A trusted tipster tells us that the Design shop is set to open this fall and will showcase the brand's collection of over 300 textile designs. We're told there'll also be an art wall featuring works by LA- and Golden State-based talents. Although the shop won't stock Serena and Lily's range of furniture, decor, pillows, bedding, and other products IRL, its in-house design experts will offer complimentary interior decor inspo for every room in the house.
