And for those of us who could stand a little comic relief amid intense discussion about weighty issues, the ultimate viewing party might be Debate Debate, in which a riotous group of entertainers will gather to contribute their two cents during breaks of the nationally televised event. A roster of funny folks including Tim Heidecker (1/2 of comedy duo Tim & Eric), Brent Weinbach, The Lucas Brothers, and a few surprise guests will take take the stage at the Ace Hotel's theater (929 S Broadway) starting at 8pm (doors open at 7pm). General admission to the Creative Drinking sponsored event is $15 but a VIP option that gets you preferred seating will set you back $50. Post-debate, you can meet-and-greet local democratic representatives, register to vote, and snag merch. Grab your tickets for this one here.
