Last year, we revealed that Oz-based Seafolly had big plans for its Cali expansion. Given that Aussie transplants make excellent Angelenos, the swimwear label has decided to make an even bigger splash by opening an LA HQ, reports WWD.

The Gigi Hadid-fronted brand first landed in SoCal two years ago at Newport Beach's Fashion Valley, followed by outposts in San Diego and Manhattan Beach. CEO Anthony Halas tells the trade pub that the 40-year-old company hopes to open "at least" 10 more shops in 2016 and "a good 50-plus-plus US stores over the next three to four years." Wonder if it includes that supposed Santa Monica location? Stay tuned for more.
