Despite the extremely summery weather out there, it's actually fall and holiday season is quickly approaching. To mark this festive time of year, two cult-favorite local labels—Clare V. (helmed by handbag superstar Clare Vivier) and Equipment (known for its supreme silk shirting)—have joined forces to produce a five-piece holiday bag collection that's filled with French influence.
"I've long been a fan of Equipment for their classic Parisian heritage and signature shirts and now that they're based in Los Angeles, their French/California aesthetic resonates really well with our brand," Vivier explains. "I love being able to marry Equipment's iconic and archival prints with our bestselling shapes."
The Clare V. x Equipment collection is available starting today at Equipment and Clare V. stores and in their respective e-shops (here and here). Style highlights include the foldover clutch in zebra and crocodile screen-printed leather, and the flat clutch in Equipment's memorable star and leopard CDC prints.
