Fresh's Brown Sugar Skincare and More Sweetens Up Pasadena

Sugar is usually the first thing to get resolved out of everyone's new year diet, and it's also one of the main ingredients of Fresh's lineup of skin-saving bestsellers—all of which are now tempting beauty buffs at the Boston-bred brand's newest Los Angeles boutique in Old Town Pasadena. As LA Times notes, the shop opened in early December, making it the artisanal skincare company's fourth standalone SoCal outpost after its locations at The Grove, Westfield Century City, and South Coast Plaza.

Located across the street from Vince and a few doors away from Athleta, the 550-square-foot shop follows the same kitchen-meets-apothecary concept as Fresh's NY flagship and offers five different retail "experiences" where shoppers can test out products, customize gift sets, mix and match scents, and more. On the shelves, expect to find the label's full line of makeup, skincare (including their crowd-pleasing brown sugar exfoliants), hair and body products, and fragrance made from natural ingredients.

Fresh is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 9pm and Sunday from 11am to 7pm.
