Los Angeles has more stores than anyone could physically tackle, but somehow we always keep returning to the usual suspects. To break out of the rut, we've asked some local shopping and fashion gurus to provide their hidden retail gems—those unique stores around LA that we might not all know about. Cue the Beatles: We're about to get a little help from our friends.

There's no doubt about it: LA is juice-obsessed. Alexis Schulze is among those responsible for LA's juice craze. She's the leading lady behind one of our go-to juice joints Nekter Juice Bar. With locations all over LA and OC, the Racked Fit Club supporter makes it easy for locals to swing by to pick a healthy drink or stay and have a juice with a stylish pal. In honor of the Best Year Ever, we checked in with the OC-based juice maven to find out where she likes to shop and she led us to a foxy little gem brimming with styles by cult-favorite designers.

When I am down in Laguna Beach, either visiting our Nekter​ Laguna location or meeting friends for lunch, I always have to make a stop at Red Fox. It's a teeny, tiny boutique with every single thing you need to live in sunny SoCal: cute tops, perfect summer dresses, jackets, and unique jewelry. They carry Elizabeth and James, Lovers + Friends, Vanessa Mooney, MINKPINK, and more. It's a real hidden gem and a must-see when you're visiting Laguna.
