After less than a year on Robertson Boulevard, French beachwear label Scalise has shuttered its first Stateside shop. The brand opened last April in the 1,800-square-foot space formerly occupied by designer Monika Chiang, and it appears that its store packed up late last fall.
We've reached out to Scalise and have yet to hear back. In a curious move, the St. Tropez-bred luxury label relaunched its Instagram last week and even shared our coverage of its LA opening last year, so it's unclear whether the brand is relocating or closing up shop in the U.S. for good. Stay tuned for more.
