Jessica Biel's Fancy Kids Restaurant Gets an Opening Date

Remember that organic kids restaurant that Justin Timberlake's wife, equally famous and genetically-blessed actress Jessica Biel is opening in West Hollywood? Our foodie sister site Eater LA reveals that the eatery is set to open this spring and will feature a "separate section for children to do art projects and other activities," like create rainbow-hued pasta as seen on Au Fudge's Instagram.

As for who will head the kitchen, Eater notes that LA chef Vic Casanova has "amicably" parted ways with the project, so we'll have to wait and see who will take over. The restaurant, which Biel is launching in partnership with her stylist Estee Stanley (a reoccurring star on @aufudge), has also secured a full liquor license—perhaps to make the chaperoning experience more enjoyable?
