After decamping from Malibu for Hollywood five years ago, Freecity has returned to its coastal-minded roots with a new boutique on Abbot Kinney. Located just off the main stretch at California Avenue, the happy and bright brand's second LA boutique soft-opened two weeks ago and mirrors the hippie-hipster vibes of its Highland Avenue flagship.
In addition to stocking the label's cozy hoodies, sweatpants, and more beach-ready basics, the 500-square-foot shop also offers new and vintage vinyl, handmade stoneware by local ceramist Matt Merkel-Hess, footwear by Haflinger, and more one-of-a-kind merch. Up ahead, take another look inside the store.
Freecity Venice is open daily from 11am to 6:30pm.
