Sleepy Mid-City shopping stretch Pico Boulevard is losing an inspiring interior design haven. Brainworks Home is shuttering its brick-and-mortar doors, but throwback treasure hunters will be happy to know that the mecca of mid-century modern home goods isn't completely biting the dust.
Store owner Erin Adams reveals in an email blast that she'll be focusing on her interior design and consulting business and e-shop. The store's currently clearing house with a 30 to 70% off sale on its inventory of antique and vintage furniture, lighting, decor, hardware, and art before it closes for good in February.
