And, on September 18, at 7 p.m., at his lauded Picca, Chef Zarate will wow again by presenting a special menu of this delicious cuisine for an exclusive MasterCard® Priceless Los Angeles event. Chef Zarate promises dishes like Peruvian bouillabaisse, Spanish mackerel, and sea urchin.
