LA's vintage scene wins again. A Current Affair addicts craving throwback style on the regular will find a permanent treasure-filled haven at Cannonball and Tilly, a new co-op boutique on Fairfax Avenue's cool retro corridor just south of W Olympic Boulevard.
Located a few doors up from home goods shop 45 Three Modern, the shop is the latest endeavor from designer and longtime Golyester buyer Laura Kranitz, who tapped top-notch vintage curators Kime Buzzelli desert road trip fave The End, Tova Kaye of global-inspired Owl Vintage, and former film/TV costumer Lorraine Toomey of Zaftig to set up shop in the 750-square-foot space. In addition to Kranitz's own celeb-faved headpieces and accoutrements, expect to find pre-loved wares from Lanvin, Saint Laurent, Valentino, Marni, Marc Jacobs and more luxe labels, eclectic kaftans and turbans from around the globe, swingin' Sixities dresses, and more.
To toast their new space, the Cannonball ladies are hosting a grand opening bash Saturday, October 11th from 6pm to 8pm. Expect light bites, sips, and plenty of on-point retro wardrobe inspo.
Cannonball and Tilly is open Tuesday through Sunday from 12pm to 7pm; closed Monday.
