Tom Ford reveals more more about his decision to show his autumn/winter 2015 collection in the City of Angels. After telling Women's Wear Daily that he's been smitten with our city since decamping to NYC in the early '80s, the designer/director reveals in another chat with the industry trade pub that he relocated his show "due in part to a scheduling conflict." With the Academy Awards taking place on February 22nd and London Fashion Week happening from February 20th to 24th, Ford says it made sense to stay in LA because he's already in town fitting celebs for the red carpet on the night before the Oscars. "I love London and I am not abandoning London Fashion Week," Ford tells the industry trade pub. [WWD; Previously]
