Forget everything you know about the power suit. Offering a much-needed facelift to an '80s fashion staple known for cringe-worthy shoulder pads and boxy silhouettes, LA staple Reformation has just launched its first-ever suiting collection to wear to the office and beyond.

Inspired by Bianca Jagger's badass business style, the collection features two blazers ($288-$308), three pants ($178), a short skirt ($148) and one blouse ($138). All pieces are meant to be mixed and matched and come in three easy-to-wear hues: black, ivory and tomato. Shop it here.
