Although The Kooples played coy when we asked if they were opening a second LA location during our Robertson preview, last month a trusty tipster revealed that the popular Parisian label was set to move into White House | Black Market's former space at Santa Monica Place. The exciting news was further confirmed by a handful of SMP tenants. Now that we have the photographic proof above, it's safe to say that it's official.
The new westside location, which currently features plywood emblazoned with The Kooples' signature couples campaign, sits pretty on Level 1 between Barneys New York and AllSaints. (The new Robertson store is next to AllSaints, too. Coincidence?) We hear that White House | Black Market is simply relocating to a bigger store on Level 2.
Stay tuned for opening date!
