It seems Rag & Bone is into mysterious, no-frills openings: they quietly debuted both their West Hollywood and Brentwood stores and even diverted all the fanfare to Stacey Todd's new Robertson shop, where they hosted a starry fried food-filled fête. Just as suspected, the cult-fave label's unveiling their Abbot Kinney boutique without much ado, and a trusted tipster tells us it's slated to open next Monday (Labor Day!).
We scored a sneak peek of the NY-based brand's under-construction Venice digs, which is being designed by local architecture firm Tassara A+D. Similar to the DTLA-loving label's first two Los Angeles locations, the 3,850-square-foot shop will boast high loft-style ceilings, reclaimed wood accents and industrial-chic fixtures. Sadly, our hopes for that in-store java joint were dashed as there's no coffee bar in sight—instead, cool kids can kick back in between shopping sprees at store's back yard garden patio.
After the jump, check out the store's progress as of yesterday and cross your fingers that Rag & Bone's third LA outpost opens as promised!
