Once Erica Eynon graduated from LA's Loyola Marymount University, the natural athlete went on to receive her training certification to promote the benefits of indoor cycling. "After running eight miles a day, six days a week, for ten years, my body finally broke down," she reveals. "I became injured as a Division 1 cross-country runner and started cycling to rehabilitate my hip. This injury was a blessing in disguise—it led me to a much more safe but equally efficient endurance sport. I believe cycling offers the safest cardio workout possible." She now trains at Easton Gym and Gold's Gym.

"My hope for my students is for them to stay athletes their entire lives—no matter their past or their present mindset or physical container, they have the potential to become their very best mentally and physically," Eynon notes. "I feel confident that that is possible when coaching at this studio." She keeps clients pumped with motivational playlists that feature everything from Muse to Skrillex.

While Eynon certainly has that Girl Next Door vibe down, don't be fooled. "I get pretty intense," she explains of her tough-love training style. "I may be petite and aesthetically sweet, but my voice will be heard." Still, she just can't fight the cuteness: "When I'm hyper and can't find words to express myself, I make this pterodactyl-like screech sound. It's annoyingly adorable."
