Venetians won't need trek far from their 'hood (or order goods to go) for their next Rag & Bone fix. As predicted, the cult fave New York label has signed the dotted line for their third LA location at Venice's very buzzing shopping stretch, where we recently spotted fresh "Just Leased" signage at 1118 Abbot Kinney Blvd.

Per this listing, the massive bricked space lands at a cool 4,200 square feet—just enough real estate for that in-store bar. (Cross your fingers!) It's located just a few doors down from designer shoe haven Mona Moore and not far from French label Iro's soon-to-open shop. No word yet on the opening date; stay tuned!
