The LA design star behind Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent revealed to us that this is her celebrity-celebrated line's 10-year anniversary, which must be why she's feeling extra generous. Case in point: a killer, three-day sample sale at DTLA's Cooper Design Space that's set to start this Wednesday.
