Remember Hairzoo, that East Coast salon chain that promised to bring affordable tress dressing options to Santa Monica last fall? After teasing Westsiders for quite some time, the salon has opened their first LA location today.
Located in Byu-Ti Hair Therapy's former space and nestled between sweet treat boutique Vanilla Bake Shop and Whole Foods, the salon specializes in "affordable luxury" cuts, coloring, waxing, blowouts and more in a "comfortable, upscale, fun and modern" environment, Hairzoo president Gary Reed tells us. Pricing starts at $24 for cuts and $55 for color, but the salon is offering exclusive deals to toast their first-ever West Coast location.
For a limited time, first-timers can enjoy special introductory pricing and discounts, including $12 cuts, 25% off color and buy-one/get-one-free on haircare products. Check out the salon's Facebook page or their website for updates on upcoming offers.
Hairoo Santa Monica is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm, Saturday from 8am to 7pm and Sunday from 10am to 6pm.
