Breaking! Malin + Goetz Headed to DTLA's Huge One Santa Fe

This fall, DTLA's Arts District is set to unveil a massive mixed-use development called One Santa Fe. The quarter-mile-long project will feature 438 apartments, a 99-seat theater, a 6,000-square-foot grocery store and, most importantly, a whopping 80,000 square feet of retail. While a few of the gentrification gamechanger's food tenants have already been revealed (Cognoscenti Coffee, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream), we can exclusively confirm that the center's very first beauty tenant will be Malin + Goetz.

Offering Downtown residents another minimalist apothecary option besides Aesop, the unisex skin and haircare brand will occupy a space within One Santa Fe's collection of shops and restaurants known as The Yards. This will be NY-based Malin + Goetz's second West Coast location, following the opening of its ultra-sleek Larchmont store back in 2012.

We hear that this specific location will be "similar to traditional neighborhood apothecaries of years past: full of activity, wonderful treatments and great customer service." Stay tuned for more!
