Our afternoon shopping adventures have proven retail therapy options abound at LA streetwear haven Fairfax and Melrose, but it remains mostly a menswear mecca. We've been fans of designer Niki Dimitras' bespoke boho boots and fest-ready frocks since discovering her show-stopping pieces at LAFW few years back, so we're excited that the street style star finally debuted a brick-and-mortar experience for her brand, Luxury Jones, at the retail stretch late last month.
In addition to housing the LA-based label's studio, the space offers a very party-ready 1,400-square-foot boutique decked out with LED stripper poles, glow-in-the-dark floors ("they resemble a galaxy when the lights go out"), and a light-up dancing stage at the center of the shop. As far as merch, find reworked vintage made for "the festival girl and the video vixen," including the brand's signature upcycled leather boots, custom sequin dresses, eye-popping crop tops and a curated selection of unique finds, including jewelry and "novelty rolling papers for as little as $5." We expect a very well-lit (see what we did there?) grand opening bash.
Luxury Jones is open daily from 12pm to 8pm.
