Heads Up! MUJI Santa Monica Opening Delayed to June 27

If you were planning to call in sick this Friday to hit up MUJI Santa Monica's opening, hold onto that ditch day for one more week. The Japanese home and lifestyle chain tells us that they're still working on the final touches of the 6,300-square-foot space, so the grand unveiling has been pushed back to Friday, June 27 at 10am.

This change affects that pre-opening shopping bash, too. The exciting event's new date will be Thursday, June 26 from 6 to 9pm, and you can score a FREE admission ticket here. The first 50 shoppers will receive a Santa Monica-themed "my-bag" tote and notebook.
