Given our city's plethora of stylish staycation destinations, it's no wonder that so many LA hotels have upgraded their uniforms over the years. (Remember when the former Thompson Hotel got designer workwear courtesy of Jenni Kayne and Rachel Zoe?) Essential West Hollywood hotel The Mondrian's swanky pop-up-loving rooftop hangout Skybar also got a workwear makeover, courtesy of perennially pool-ready retailer Planet Blue.
The SoCal brand designed one-of-a-kind black rompers exclusively for the hip hotel's bar staff for the summer, "created to keep the ambiance of the space comfortable and chic." Sadly, the easy breezy pieces aren't available for purchase, but there's plenty more where that came from, should you choose to channel your inner boho barmaid. Wanna see the rompers in action? Stop by Skybar's second installment of their evening swim sesh and shopping party Full Moon Bazaar, which takes place tomorrow night.
Wednesday from 8pm to 2am, grab your swimsuit (and wallet) and head to Skybar to shop brands like Planet Blue, Samira 13 Jewelry, Haala Denim and many more local labels during the nighttime bash. In addition, partygoers enjoy gratis cocktails from 8pm to 9pm, plus live beats from on-the-rise musician SOKO and DJ Caroline D'Amore.
Want in? Check out the full list of vendors here and shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org RSVP for tomorrow night's event.
