Los Angeles has more stores than anyone could physically tackle, but somehow we always keep returning to the usual suspects. To break out of the rut, we've asked some local shopping and fashion gurus to provide their hidden retail gems—those unique stores around LA that we might not all know about. Cue the Beatles: We're about to get a little help from our friends.
Alli Webb is the marvelous blowout queen behind the cult-favorite Drybar shops. The hair maven got her start styling the tresses of her mommy friends before she branched out and opened her very own salon. Now, her buttercup yellow primping spots are sprinkled throughout the country thanks to her genius "no cuts, no color, just blowouts" mantra. We already knew Webb is brilliant in the hair department, but we also dig her style. That said, we couldn't resist asking her to share her go-to shopping haunt in LA and she led us to a designer duds haven in Studio City.
The Stacey Todd boutique is one of my favorite shopping spots in LA. She carries so many of my favorite designers like 3.1 Phillip Lim, Isabel Marant, Rag & Bone and Free City. I love the chill, relaxed environment. There is a store located next to our Studio City Drybar shop and another super chic store in LA on Robertson Blvd with the cutest courtyard for hanging out with your bestie and cup of tea.
