In case you missed it, last Friday Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen visited Ellen to promote their new Elizabeth and James fragrances, Nirvana black and white. Buried beneath the lighthearted appearance's obligatory Full House jokes and twin games were new details on the Olsens' first-ever standalone store for The Row, set to open in John Frieda's former space on Melrose Place.

When Ellen asked why the Angelenos-turned-New Yorkers have been visiting LA so often, Ashley replied, "We're building a store here. We're very excited. Construction is very difficult and very frustrating. This is our first store, so there are a lot of surprises." She adds that the boutique will open "hopefully in a month, I hope so." (Not this month as previously mentioned, but close enough!)

Mary-Kate chimes in that the 3,600-square-foot location "was a space that my sister and I grew up going to [...] we were looking in New York and Los Angeles. This came up first." She also reveals that her and her sister have "chased a couple of [The Row-wearing] people down the streets" to take photos of their looks. Getting chased by the Olsens sounds like a pretty good trade for investing in their crazy-pricey wares, eh?
