Yesterday afternoon, Beverly Hills was transformed into a full-blown block party in honor of the spendy neighborhood's 100th birthday. The 200, 300 and 400 blocks of Rodeo Drive were filled with both locals and tourists on-hand to devour BH's 10-feet high, 15,000-slide birthday cake, listen to Motown hits and take a ride on one of tow four-story ferris wheels.
