Now that he's big in Japan, LA designer John Eshaya decided to return to his roots and grace his hometown with more Cali cool merch. Already a mainstay at his former employer, Fred Segal, Eshaya soft-opened his very first standalone LA store on Beverly Boulevard earier this month.
Located right next door to Kings Road Cafe, the designer's 1,000-square-foot flagship is "a mixture of all things JET," he tells us. On top of stocking his bestselling denim sweatshirt jackets and celeb-loved denim line, the boutique also carries bags by Chanel and Louis Vuitton and exclusive jewelry from his equally stylish sibling, Juliana Eshaya. The store also showcases works by photographer Nick Farrell and DTLA-based artist Brian Shetzel, whose 3D canvas was swiftly snapped up by celeb DJ Samantha Ronson. (Apparently, '90s supe Naomi Campbell is also a JET fan).
JET is open Monday through Saturday from 930am to 6pm and Sunday from 930am to 5pm.
