For those sitting out this weekend's first installment of Coachella who are seeking another way to let their freak flag fly, staycation destination Catalina Island's second annual Shipwreck Weekend will help you channel your inner Captain Sparrow, Gilligan, Wilson or whichever famous castaway floats your fashion boat.

Taking place Friday, April 11 to Sunday, April 13, the nautical-themed weekend booze fest and dress-up party includes all the prerequisites of spring break bashes: the festivities kick off Friday with live DJ and band performances, followed by treasure hunts, a costume contest and more on Saturday.
