As seen here, here and here, we love ourselves a good vintage treasure hunt. If you, too, think it's been a hot minute since throwback shopping party A Current Affair last invaded Downtown's Cooper Building, get excited: the epic retail therapy bash is popping up in the penthouse this Saturday.
Happening from 1pm to 7pm, the full day affair brings over 50 top notch vendors both far and local, including LA's Bustown Modern, Buttons & Bows, NEW/FOUND, Scout, Spanish Moss, Tavin and so much more. As always, shoppers will enjoy beats by KCRW DJ Marion Hodges, tasty bites and gratis booze, plus a fashion showcase curated by standout stylist Shirley Kurata (like last year's Lisa Katnic-styled exhibit, expect tons of eye-popping inspo). While there's no guarantee of another Dita sighting, this edition's host committee includes boho beauty Shiva Rose and a host of local fashion editors, like Hollywood Reporter's Merle Ginsberg, Refinery 29's Ali Hoffman and our very own EIC, Natalie Alcala. (Say hello if you spot her!)
Excited for it? A portion of the ticket proceeds benefit non profit animal welfare non profit No Kill LA; snap up your advance tix for $8 (general admission) or $16 (earybird entry at 12pm) online here. Otherwise, they'll be $10 and $20 at the door.
