After nine years of inhabiting hipster haven Silver Lake, indie boutique Sumi's has moved its handcrafted treasures and locally-made jewelry to Los Feliz. Formerly located next to fellow purveyor of cool giftables Hemingway & Pickett, the store has taken over essential shop Flounce Vintage's old digs (more on that later) packed up and moved just a tad bit north, a generous tipster tells us.
Located next door to another essential spot, Skylight Books, Sumi's bigger and brighter space offers owner Sumi Siegel's own jewelry designs alongside accoutrements from local designers, plus stationery, home decor, ceramics, accessories and much more. Of course, their new home is also canine-friendly.
Sumi's is open Mondays through Saturdays from 11am to 7pm and Sundays from 11am to 6pm.
