From Fairfax and Melrose's crowning as the capital of dopeness to badass blogstars like Jayne Min, sick streetwear is ruling the style scene. After collabing with cool kid store Opening Ceremony and tapping hometown hero Samantha Dueñas (aka DJ SoSuperSam, seen above) as the fashionable face of their gear, old school skate brand Vision Street Wear is continuing their reign as streetwear legends with a pop-up shop at celeb-faved boutique Fred Segal Santa Monica this month.
As of today, the legendary label invading the retailer's streetwear-focused Conveyor shop with their spring 2014 collection of iconic graphic sweaters, tees and accessories. Vision's holding court there for the entire month of March, and this Thursday, they're toasting their takeover with a party with live beats, free bites and booze, and limited edition merch available only during the bash.
On top of offering gratis sips from Vita Coco and PBR (see above flyer for party deets), the o.g. streetwear brand is commemorating their Fred Segal invasion with revamped versions of their original classic sweats ($50), available only at the retailer's SaMo location.
