Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

France isn't the only country that's feeling LA. Sweden is just as smitten, as demonstrated by Acne Studios, Anine Bing and STRÖM. There's also Frame Denim, a model-favored line founded in 2012 by London-bred Swedes Jens Grede and Erik Torstensson. Given that the entire line is produced in our city, we're stoked that Frame has finally decided to host its first-ever sample sale here, and it's taking place this Friday, March 28.

Stop by Mezzanine 2 at DTLA's Cooper Building from 12 to 3pm to score up to 75% off on all denim bottoms, including pants, shorts and crops. Prices start at $40, and both cash and credit cards are accepted. Who knows, maybe you'll rub elbows with West Coast hippie/model/Frame lookbook star Erin Wasson.
