Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

The third installment of our spring trend series brings us to every Angeleno's favorite cult-cool retailer, TenOverSix. Practically a permanent resident on our Racked 38 essential shops map, this bright and airy Melrose boutique is a one-stop-shop for eclectic treasures and hard-to-find designers.

To help us revamp our style on the very first day of spring (welcome!), TenOverSix's impeccably dressed co-owner Kristen Lee Cole has identified three foolproof ways to turn heads this season. Catch her picks below and shop 'em all in-store today.

Wooden Heels: "This natural look is all about comfort and mixing materials. It makes a dressy style a little more casual and wearable, which is perfect for LA. I wear my wooden clogs all the time."

Shapeless Dresses: "Instead of body-conscious styles, we're wearing big shirt dresses and oversized looks. They've very relaxed silhouettes but still very elegant when paired with the right footwear."

Interesting Eyewear: "Minimal-style sunglasses are being replaced by wild patterns, bright colors and interesting textures. In LA, anything goes—the weirder, the better!"
