If your daily commute involves a pass through Melrose Ave, you may have noticed Parke & Ronen's sometimes-open, sometimes-closed boutique. The randomish hours have led some to believe that some lackadaisical employee was handed the keys, but the the space is actually the NYC-based menswear brand's seasonal pop-up shop, which is re-opening just in time for swim shorts season.
Popping up from Monday, March 17th Saturday, March 15th through the end of summer, the 1,000-square-foot space will stock the label's signature thigh-baring shorts in varying inseams ($100 to $140), which the designers tell us will be available in exclusive new Greek-inspired prints. In addition, expect to find the brand's latest resort and fall collections, including hoodies, color-blocked button-downs and more. The designers also reveal the LA location will offer limited edition colors not available at their East Coast store, "but we'll keep those a secret for now so we can surprise you when you come in."
Parke & Ronen is open Mondays and Thursdays to Saturdays from 11am to 7pm, Sundays from 11am to 5pm and closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
