Abbot Kinney, brace: Rhinestones are coming your way. Roar Clothing, purveyors of the country Western world's take on Christian Audigier's bejeweled button-down shirts, is opening a boutique at the Venice shopping stretch. As California Apparel News reports, the LA label is toasting their 20-year anniversary with their first brick-and-mortar location, set to open this spring.
Known for their embellished shirts, patch-covered plaids and basic tees with all sorts of swirly graphics, the brand will offer their men's Roar Refined and women's Roar E-lec-tric collections at the shop. Price points range from $50 to $60 for tees, $60 to $120 for long-sleeved button-down shirts and $70 to $188 for men's outerwear. Currently stocked at Macy's and Buckle, the label counts bowling shirt wearer/TV personality Guy Fieri (surprise?) and country crooner/The Voice coach Blake Shelton among its famous fans.
