The Costume Designers Guild Awards really needs to start being televised. Located every year at the iconic Beverly Hilton hotel, the booze-infused, hilarious sound bites-heavy bash is filled with top stars, stylish movie buffs and behind-the-scenes folks, all in attendance to salute the film industry's greatest sartorial storytellers: costume designers.
